This is the fifth message from the current President, D. Phillip Woodruff.

Editor's Message

This issue is unfortunately a bit behind schedule. We are opening it for previewing. When complete, we will also make the whole issue available as a .pdf file in order to facilitate downloading and printing. This new issue of the IUVSTA News Bulletin is almost on schedule. For next issue we plan to make a preview version where available articles can be read prior to final release.

International Vacuum Congress IVC-15/ICSS-11

The 15th International Vacuum Congress (IVC-15)/11th International Conference on Solid Surfaces (ICSS-15) will be held in conjunction with the 48th American Vacuum Society International symposium on October 26 - November 2, 2001 in the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA, USA. International Vacuum Congress IVC-16/ICSS-12

 This congress will be held in Venice, Italy, 28 June - 2 July, 2004.
